3. Refunds
No refunds will be given for services rendered. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 12 hours so we can address your concerns.
Products purchased in our salon are not returnable.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought into the salon.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
